So Spring is finally here and with the warmer weather we've been inspired to experiment with a few unique rosé cocktails!

~ Rosé Wine Cocktail

Step 1
Muddle the lemon wedges and grapefruit in the bottom of a glass. Add in the ice, rosé, gin and stir well. Add in the simple syrup to your desired sweetness. Strain into a wine glass and add the muddled lemon and grapefruit. Serves 1.
~ Watermelon Rosé Slushy
Ingredients
Method (serves 4)
Step 1
Decant Gillie and Marc Wine Collection Rosé into a large container that can be placed in the freezer. Freeze for 6 hours, until it's mostly frozen (think frosé consistency.)
Step 2
Add all ingredients into a blender and blitz.
Step 3
Serve & enjoy or can be put back into the freezer to harden more!
**Can easily be made in advance and then blended when you're ready to party :)
~ Springtime rosé tequila sangria
Ingredients
Method (serves 10)
Step 1
In a large jug combine all ingredients except the sparkling water and basil. Stir gently to combine, then put into the fridge to chill.
Step 2
When ready to serve, give the sangria a good stir, fill up a glass with ice and pour sangria over. Top with the sparkling water and garnish with basil (or edible flowers if you want an extra magical touch.)Ingredients

Muddle ginger and syrup in a mixer, add in tea, vodka and lemon juice.
Step 2
Add over ice and shake, strain over a glass with ice and top with the Gillie and Marc Wine Collection Rosé to bring this cocktail to life.
