Prosciutto... the perfect balance to showcase the creamy, salty-sweet flavours of prosciutto with the crisp fruit flavours and high acidity of bubbles.
Fried Mushrooms... like with fried chicken fried mushrooms and bubbles make the best of friends! The earthiness of the mushroom is complimented by the fruity notes found in our Sparkling Pinot Chardonnay.
Mac & cheese... guilty pleasure made a little more special. Especially more delicious with a softer creamery cheese with flavour such as smoked gouda.
Pear, parmesan and rocket salad... now for a healthier alternative! A crisp pear, big curls of parmesan and herbal, earthy rocket, topped with some pine nuts and a vinaigrette is a match made in heaven with a bottle of bubbly!
