Q. Where do you ship to?
A. At the moment we only ship our products within Australia. We are working on exporting our wines internationally. Please sign up for our newsletter so you'll be first to know about any updates on this!
Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. We ship your wine order through AusPost from our warehouse in Victoria so recommend leaving 7-10 days, depending on the state or territory of your delivery address.
Q. How did the Gillie and Marc Wine Collection come about?
A. Originally inspired by the art, and the artist’s own pursuit of happiness, the idea of telling stories of togetherness through Gillie and Marc’s art was born.
Q. I love a specific label can I just buy that one?
A. If you see your favourite bottle in a store most certainly. The showcasing of the art means that a selection of artworks which will be updated, from time to time, and will be available inside each case of wine but a selection of individual pieces of art is not possible.
Q.Will you be expanding the range?
A. We have had requests already to bring new wines and artworks to fans of the Gillie and Marc Wine Collections. Watch this space!
Q. Can I find Gillie and Marc Wine Collection in-store?
A. We want everyone to be able to enjoy and access the Gillie and Marc Wine Collection and we are working on making to available where it is convenient for you. Let us know where you’d like to see it and we’ll get working on it as a priority.
Q. How does the annual VIP Membership work?
A. Once you purchase an Annual VIP Membership your account will automatically be tagged as VIP. Log into your account to access your exclusive Annual VIP member pricing. Please ensure you purchase your VIP annual membership prior to any wine orders otherwise your account will not be tagged with VIP pricing until your next order!
Q. Where is my order?
A. We will send you an email when your order has left the warehouse with an AusPost tracking number. Depending on where your delivery address is please allow 7-10 days. If your order has not arrived within 10 days please contact email@example.com for more information.
Q. I want to send wine to someone as a gift. How do I do this?
A. It's easy! Select the wine/s you would like to gift and checkout as usual. We do not include an invoice in your shipped order. If you would like the person to know who to thank for their wine gift please include a message on the checkout cart page 'Note to Gillie and Marc Wine Collection' box and we will include this with your wine order.
Q. Why does my cart say 'verifying' when I add a product?
A. That's due to our case order shipping limits. Once an item is added to your cart we just need to make sure it meets this shipping requirement. We ship all wine orders in cases of 6 bottles.
